Equal parts excellent and disappointing
The spacious modern room with a lovely balcony and outdoor bathtub was perfect for relaxation, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
Despite a nice layout, the hotel is clearly aging, and the beach access is poor due to muck and stones, making it unfavorable for swimming.

-Excellent facilities: the pool is really incredible, rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated -- staff is very friendly and helpful -- breakfast buffet is very good
-We had bad luck with a very noisy wedding organized next to the hotel. It was clearly not the responsibility of the hotel, yet the response of the hotel to help us find a solution was a bit slow --- you also have to know that this hotel is very far from everything. It was no problem for us as we had known it and had already stayed 10 nights in Chaweng, but it may be a problem for some people

Had a blast with friends! The pool was huge and refreshing, and we loved dining at the Italian restaurant and the beachfront bar. We even checked out the games room for some fun. The staff were friendly. Just keep in mind, the local area is pretty quiet with fewer restaurant options nearby.
One night, we were left waiting for a cake order from room service for over an hour, and it still didn't arrive. This left us feeling a bit let down .

Good-sized and huge room, all in all had special stay.
We liked it. The location was excellent, the bed was comfortable, luxury hotel. We ate at a really nice restaurant for dinner. The bathroom was gorgeous, it was nice to have a spa bath. The place had a warm atmosphere. There was free Wi-Fi in all rooms and the service in general was marvellous!

The beachfront was fine, with swaying palms and soft sand, perfect for seniors like myself. The staff were attentive.
Improve accessibility around uneven pathways.

The room was spacious with a king-size bed that felt amazing, I slept like a baby. The balcony door was tricky to open, but the outdoor bathtub on the balcony was a cool feature. Some lights were a bit dim, but the large bath made up for it. Decent comfort, just a few quirks.

The resort is reasonably large with individual balconies overlooking the pools. It is located in a peaceful and perfect spot just off Bang Po beach. - There are plenty of good restaurants to choose from nearby.
